This role is essential in driving our data projects and ensuring the smooth integration and operation of our data platforms. If you have a profound understanding in Microsoft Azure technologies, and possess solid experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Lake and Power BI, we want you on our team The primary duties of this role include overseeing and supporting either a portion or the entire portfolio of the virtual team's applications spread across various locations. This responsibility extends to implementing and supporting solutions under the Data and Analytics capability area across the region, requiring collaboration with team members to standardize processes, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency. The role includes proactive collaboration with business stakeholders and D&IT partners. This collaboration aims to improve existing capabilities or develop a clear understanding of new capability requirements. It involves working closely with the Team Lead to identify and integrate suitable tools into the strategic roadmap and managing the process of introducing new solutions. This position also involves leading projects to adapt and implement centralized systems at the regional or local level Your role will involve developing and rolling out solutions and supporting our Markets & Regions Data services area. Under the guidance of senior data engineers and Team Leads, you'll develop and maintain pipelines, ensuring third-party providers and external resources meet their commitments within budget. For what purposes is your personal data processed? Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of enabling you to take part in the recruitment process for the position in JTI GBS to which your application relates. Is personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area? The recipient has implemented adequate and appropriate safeguards for your personal data. You have the right to receive a copy of the transferred personal data.
