Project Support Specialist Miejsce pracy: Żerniki (pow. Poznański; gm. Kórnik) Your responsibilities Coordinate projects: plan, track, and document projects across different departments (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.). Research & improve: analyse workflows, find best practices, and suggest improvements. Ensure collaboration: work with teams across departments and countries for smooth execution. Monitor progress: keep track of project status and report updates. Review & improve: assess completed projects to evaluate the effectiveness and find ways to do better next time. Ensure quality & compliance: support quality assurance initiatives and compliance with internal and external standards. Solve problems: identify issues and propose creative corrective and preventive solutions, to improve processes. Our requirements Approximately 3 years of experience in project coordination. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to drive innovation and adapt to change. Influencing and stakeholder management capabilities. Technical literacy and familiarity with relevant technologies. Problem solving skills. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) for both written and verbal communication. Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.
