Job Description

Candidate requirements; Must have proven experience in a sales & marketing role within the luxury hospitality or travel sector. Established industry network, particularly in the North American luxury travel market. Experience in trade show representationlocal, online, and international. Strong digital marketing expertisesocial media management, email marketing, and website content creation. Excellent communication & negotiation skills to engage high-end clients and trade partners. Highly organized & detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, creative, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for luxury travel. Responsibilities; Sales & Brand Growth Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to drive revenue and brand awareness. Strengthen & grow relationships with overseas agents, with a primary focus on the North American market. Coordinate, represent & follow up at local, online, and overseas trade shows. Organize and host educational tours, promotional events, and brand collaborations to elevate engagement. Liaise between international travel agents and our consultant team to ensure seamless client experiences. Marketing & Content Creation Design & create compelling social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates. Develop engaging storytelling & media campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Maintain strong industry presence through strategic PR, media outreach, and partnerships. Data & Insights Generate sales reports, forecasts, and demographic insights to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain memberships with key industry associations to enhance networking and credibility. Maintain agent database
