Job Description
Minimum requirements: Three to four years of experience in property management or electrical/waterproofing Strong administrative and call center skills, MDA knowledge or experience is a plus, ability to multitask and work independently Key Responsibilities: Facilities administration for approximately 50 buildings Following up on facilities complaints logged on MDA Software Communicating with tenants and handling queries, assessing quotes and coordinating inspections, liaising with suppliers and tracking progress Repairs & Maintenance Coordination: Scheduling and managing work orders Preparing and following up on quotes, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments Consultant: RJ Jeftha - Dante Personnel Greenstone
