Responsibilities: (Not limited to) Proven experience in estate / facilities management, (building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, health and safety), and managing staff and contractors. Hands-on front line maintenance experience. Proven experience in managing costs and budgets and related administrative processes. A professional and service excellence focused approach to dealing with people. Strong leadership and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Own transport with valid drivers licence. On-site living; for emergencies and standby. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
