Provide accurate high-level support towards end-users regarding their IT related issues and provide accurate and timely feedback (Level 2 - 3) Follow-up with the end-user to ensure that the issue is resolved Aid fellow team members where necessary National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) CompTIA Certifications (A, N, Security or Equivalent) 5 years IT related work experience Valid drivers licence Relevant degree, diploma, certifications in IT or studying towards.
