Key Responsibilities: â Executive Search & Market Mapping: Conduct end-to-end executive search processes , from client briefing to candidate placement, using advanced market mapping techniques. â Talent Identification & Headhunting: Identify, attract, and engage top executive talent through targeted search strategies, headhunting, and networking . â Client & Candidate Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and global organizations . â Industry Research & Market Insights: Leverage market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to deliver strategic hiring solutions. â Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and confidential experience for both clients and candidates. â Global Recruitment Strategies: Adapt sourcing and engagement strategies based on regional hiring trends and market demands . What Were Looking For: ð¹ Proven Experience: Strong background in executive search and headhunting , with a track record of placing C-suite and senior executives globally . ð¹ Market Mapping Expertise: Ability to conduct detailed talent mapping to identify top executives in key markets. ð¹ Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of finance, technology, healthcare, or other key sectors . ð¹ Strategic Thinker: Skilled in developing targeted recruitment strategies to engage top-tier candidates. ð¹ Exceptional Communication & Negotiation: Ability to confidently interact with high-level executives and influence decision-making. ð¹ International Exposure: Experience working across multiple regions, with an understanding of global hiring trends and executive search best practices . ð¹ Proactive & Results-Driven: Passion for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
