Senior Highways Engineer

Our client, a large consulting/construction company with offices across South Africa, is looking for a Senior Highways Engineer to join their growing team in Cape Town/Johannesburg What you will need: · Minimum B. Eng / B. Tech Engineering Civil · Minimum 5 to 10 years post graduate experience in Civil Engineering design · Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D · Experience in Infraworks, Navisworks, AutoTurn, Bill would be beneficial · Experience in the following common data environment platforms would be beneficial, ProjectWise, SharePoint, AutoDesk Docs and BIM360 · Professionally registered with ECSA Your responsibilities will include: Geometric design, experience in Metropolitan, Provincial and National roads Stormwater design Road Marking and Signage design Tender Documentation and Specifications Project Management and Client liaison and co-ordination Experience in Pavement design and contract administration would be beneficial.
