Job Description

Key requirement Grade 12, post secondary education preferred 1-2 years experience in a lead administration or sales support role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to details and accuracy Proficiency in MS, particularly Excel and Outlook, experience with CRM software Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Key responsibility Lead management, manage and maintaim our lead database ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Lead distribution, distribute leads to sales team in a timely and efficient manner Follow up, ensure timely follow up on sales leads including phone calls, emails and text messages Data entry: accurately enter customer information, sales data and other relevant information into our database Reporting, generate reports on lead activity, sales performance and other key metrics Process improvement, continuously evaluate and improve our lead management processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness How to apply
