Underground Project manager Assistant

Qualifications: Underground exp a must Blasting certificate Civil experience MS projects N5 or N6 Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting Project Manager: Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing underground projects. Worker Management: Help manage workers, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Material and Equipment Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating the delivery and use of materials and equipment. Project Scheduling: Help create and manage project schedules, including timelines and milestones. Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including workers, contractors, and suppliers. Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards on the project site. Quality Control: Help ensure that project work meets quality standards and specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including progress reports, incident reports, and meeting minutes. Key Skills: Project Management: Experience in project management, preferably in underground construction or mining. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in underground construction or mining. Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software and tools. Goals: Support Project Manager: Provide effective support to the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure Safety: Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for all project personnel.
