F&I Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Manage all finance and insurance documentation and processes. Advise customers on finance and insurance options. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FAIS, FICA, NCA). Maintain strong relationships with banks and insurers. Monitor and report on sales and financial progress. Perform any other duties necessary for customer service or assigned to the job. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12, RE5, NCA, and Class of Business certifications NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification or in progress (preferred) Strong administrative and problem-solving skills Computer Literacy Proficiency in MS Office and Evolve Strong communication and negotiation Skill set Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures Drivers License
