Business Development Manager

Location: Kincardine, Ontario Job Type: Permanent Salary: $100k - $130k (Plus Annual Bonus and Sales Incentive) Vacancies: 1 Start Date: ASAP Overview: We are seeking a Business Development and Proposal Specialist to support project development efforts for Bruce Power engineering projects. This role is based in Kincardine and will require regular on-site visits to the client’s facility at Bruce Power. The ideal candidate will have strong proposal development experience and a solid understanding of the Bruce Power environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage high-quality proposals in support of Bruce Power engineering and project opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts, including Bruce Power Engineering. Utilize the DMS platform effectively for proposal submissions and documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial input for proposals. Conduct site visits and engage with client stakeholders to support proposal strategy and alignment. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal development in the nuclear or energy sector. Established relationships within Bruce Power Familiarity with the DMS platform used by Bruce Power. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business. Prior experience working on engineering projects is considered an asset. Bruce Power-related experience and knowledge will be considered a significant advantage.
