Staffing Specialist

Presently, we are seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for an individual to work with a desire to join a fast paced customer based industry with enormous growth potential. Responsibilities: · Ability to build relationships and develop social networks of highly skilled technical professionals · Recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) for full time opportunities locally and nationally · Prescreen employment applications and conduct preliminary telephone interviews. · Coordinate face to face interviews with short listed candidates with hiring managers · Prepare and post job postings/advertisements · Meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s).
