VC Investment Director

Snipe RH is a recruitment firm specializing in strategic positions. Our client is an early-stage fund with an innovative concept, exclusively dedicated to the gaming sector. Based in Paris and investing globally, the company supports creative and ambitious founders building businesses across the entire video game value chain: content & IP, tech tools, platforms, and ecosystems. As part of its growth, we are looking for a passionate Investment Director with a strong interest in the gaming industry to join a dynamic and dedicated team. Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and select investment opportunities in innovative start-ups within the video game sector. Conduct thorough due diligence (market analysis, financial modeling, evaluation of founding teams). Negotiate investment terms and participate in deal structuring. Actively support portfolio companies: growth strategy, secondary fundraising, governance. Represent the company at industry events (conferences, meetups, networking). Profile: 5 to 8 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, strategy consulting, or within a tech company (ideally in gaming or creative industries). Strong track record in early-stage investments (essential). Solid understanding of video game business models and ecosystem dynamics. Excellent analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex opportunities. Leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
