Senior Python Developer- Network Systems Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities As part of the NFVI team of 8 people, reporting to NFVI team lead, you will have the following responsibilities: Participate in the design and architecture of the NFV uCPE solution Propose innovative methods to enhance product performance and Quality Develop new features along with their automated tests and documentation Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software Disseminate your knowledge to help increase the skills and know-hows of the team in your areas of expertise Profile and skills: An autonomous, proactive, senior network systems engineer with the following skills and experiences: General Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field 8 years of experience in embedded systems Technical knowledge Solid experience in Linux based environment Expert in Python and C development Expert in networking (i.e. deep understanding of network management, protocols, administration) Previous experience in virtualization technologies (e.g. Openvswitch, Qemu, libvirt, SR-IOV) Previous experience with network security applications (certificate management) Behavioral indicators Excellent communication skills Fluent in both English and French (oral, written) Capacity to work in collaborative agile environment Ability to work well under pressure.
