Quality Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Peak District, seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their team on a 4 day working week Do you have experience in manufacturing quality control? Passionate about driving continuous improvement? Familiar with ISO 9001, and Six Sigma? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: ✅ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and other industry standards ✅ Develop & implement quality control processes and inspections ✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) & drive corrective actions (CAPA) ✅ Lead internal audits & support external customer/supplier audits ✅ Analyse quality data & implement improvements using FMEA, SPC, etc. ✅ Collaborate with engineering, production & suppliers to resolve issues What We’re Looking For: Experience in manufacturing Strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.) Proficiency in statistical analysis (Minitab, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication & teamwork skills Ready to take the next step?
