Quality Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in metrology and quality control to lead our inspection team and ensure compliance with industry standards. Job Summary: As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality control and metrology activities, ensuring that products meet stringent specifications. You will lead a team of quality inspectors to develop and maintain inspection processes, and drive continuous improvement in measurement and testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: ✅Manage and develop a team of quality inspectors, ensuring high performance and accuracy in all measurements and inspections. ✅Oversee metrology and calibration processes, ensuring all measurement equipment is properly maintained and calibrated in accordance with industry standards. ✅Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems. ✅Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products. ✅Maintain and analyze quality control metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. ✅Serve as the technical expert on metrology, advising on best practices for measurement and inspection. ✅Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, addressing quality concerns effectively. Requirements: ✨ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, Quality Management, or a related field would be an advantage. ✨ Proven experience in metrology and quality control, with a strong understanding of precision measurement techniques. ✨ Experience managing and developing a team of inspectors ✨ Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus. ✨ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. ✨ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
