Proposals Lead Engineer – Water Sector Kent (Hybrid Working) | Permanent | £55,000 – £70,000 Are you a strategic thinker with a background in engineering and a passion for infrastructure? Our client is looking for a Proposals Lead Engineer to join their expert team in the water industry. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in multidisciplinary design and build (D&B) projects to take a lead role on high-profile work. You'll work closely with construction and design teams, shaping proposals that have a real impact. What You’ll Do Coordinate constructability input with delivery partners Plan and allocate resources with regional construction leads Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality metrics Uphold best-in-class Health & Safety practices Engage with stakeholders around design, permits, and planning What You’ll Need Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (plus vocational training) Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent Knowledge of civils and MEICA within D&B projects Contract law knowledge and construction expertise Strong leadership and stakeholder skills Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, and document systems Valid CSCS card H&S/Environmental training What’s on Offer £55,000 – £70,000 per annum Flexible hybrid working Long-term progression in the UK water sector Join a supportive, forward-thinking team Apply today or message us for more info – let’s talk about your next move
