Job Title: Family Paralegal Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Location: Grimsby Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Assist solicitors in preparing and managing cases relating to child protection, care proceedings, and public law family matters Draft legal documents, including applications, affidavits, and statements Liaise with clients, experts, and other professionals involved in care proceedings Organise case files, maintain records, and ensure all documents are up to date and in line with regulatory requirements Attend hearings, take notes, and provide general administrative support to the legal team Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of case strategies Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled with the utmost discretion Employee Benefits Package: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme Flexibility Training & Development About the Organisation: Our client is an established and reputable solicitors firm with locations across North Lincolnshire and the Humber area.
