Finance Manager

I am delighted to be supporting an established business seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead their finance team in a key role to oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting whilst ensuring compliance with financial regulations, improving financial processes, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities include: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts Conduct variance analysis and explain financial performance against budget/forecast Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the business Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports for senior management Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Maintain robust financial controls and implement improvements where needed Collaborate with managers to understand cost drivers and profitability Support year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and projects as required The successful candidate will be CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience of management accounting, strong leadership and communication skills.
