If innovation, technology and entrepreneurship are something you enjoy, be part of our project The role: We are looking for a Field Technical Engineer with a focus on IT, responsible for installing systems and applications developed by Better Care. This role also involves installing serial port concentrators in hospitals and connecting various devices. Your profile: The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in installing applications on Windows Server, Docker, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in cloud deployment, particularly AWS, is essential. Additionally, expertise in networking and communications to facilitate port opening requests to hospitals is required. Knowledge of hospital environment integrations is crucial, with a strong preference for HL7 or FHIR expertise, certifications being a plus. Travel availability is required. A solid understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and hospital IT personnel are highly valued. Key responsibilities: Install Better Care-developed systems and applications Deploy applications on Windows Server and Docker platforms Deploy systems in cloud infrastructure Manage SQL and NoSQL databases Handle networking and communications, including port opening requests to hospitals Perform integrations within hospital environments, with a focus on HL7 or FHIR standards Install serial port concentrators in hospitals and connect various devices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent Experience installing applications on Windows Server and Docker platforms Experience installing serial port concentrators and connect devices Experience deploying systems on AWS cloud infrastructure Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database management Expertise with Mirth connect integration solution Expertise with networking and communications protocols Familiarity with HL7 or FHIR standards Travel availability as requested by the role and the evolution of the projects Nice to have: HL7 or FHIR certifications Understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and hospital IT personnel Skills: Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability to changing environments Active listening What is in for you at Better Care?
