Kubernetes Developer

Kubernetes Expert(10 Years) Experience : 10 Years Location : Navi Mumbai(Onsite) Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Architect, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and/or in the cloud). - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines integrating Kubernetes deployments. - Define and enforce best practices for Kubernetes security, networking, and resource management. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. - Monitor and troubleshoot complex Kubernetes environments to ensure performance, reliability, and security. - Work with development and operations teams to design scalable microservices architectures. - Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and developers on Kubernetes-related technologies and workflows. - Evaluate and recommend Kubernetes-related tools, plugins, and platforms (e.g., Istio, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Fluentd, etc.). - Collaborate with InfoSec, Cloud, and IT teams to ensure compliance and governance. - Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. Required Qualifications: - 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles. - 5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments. - Deep understanding of containerization concepts and technologies like Docker. - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, GKE). - Expertise in networking, service meshes, ingress controllers, and storage in Kubernetes. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Flux. - Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Fluentd, etc.). - Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go, or similar). - Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and provide mentorship.
