Technical Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Job Description : : Technical Project Manager Experience : 5-9 Years. Location : Vyttila, Cochin. Job Summary : Skills Required : React.js, Node.js, AWS Cloud, and databases. Key Responsibilities : Project Management & Delivery : - Lead end-to-end project management for software development projects in React.js, Node.js, and AWS Cloud. - Plan, execute, and track project timelines, scope, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery. Technical Leadership : - Provide technical guidance on system architecture, performance optimization, and best coding practices. - Review code quality, ensure adherence to development standards, and mitigate technical risks. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges. Team & Client Management : - Manage a team of developers, testers, and designers, ensuring productivity and collaboration. - Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile methodologies. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. - Gather client requirements, propose solutions, and handle client escalations effectively. Cloud & Database Management : - Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) - Ensure database design, optimization, and maintenance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc. - Work closely with DevOps to manage security, scalability, and infrastructure automation. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5-9 years of experience in technical project management and software development. - Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, AWS Cloud, and database management. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. - Excellent understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
