PHP Developer - ORM/Laravel

Responsibilities : Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and deploy custom web applications using Laravel from scratch, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. System Architecture and Design: Participate in designing the architecture of applications, ensuring the adoption of best practices in coding and development processes. Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. ), writing complex queries and optimizing database interactions for performance. Code Review and Mentorship: Review code from junior developers, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in adopting best practices. Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities. Integration and API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and other system integrations to ensure a seamless user experience. Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, perform thorough debugging, and ensure the application is robust and free from bugs. Collaborate with Frontend Team: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and ensure the frontend and backend run smoothly together. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize applications to ensure responsiveness, load times, and overall efficiency. Documentation: Write and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for your code and development 1-3 years of professional experience in PHP development with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with Laravel. Strong PHP and Laravel Expertise: Extensive experience with object-oriented PHP and Laravel framework, including its features such as Eloquent ORM, Artisan CLI, and service providers. Database Skills: Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries. Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development. API Integration and Development: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience integrating with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Testing and Debugging: Experience in writing automated tests using PHPUnit, and familiarity with debugging techniques and tools. Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong focus on efficient solutions.
