Open Position - Full Stack Developer (React Node) Location - Pune (Hybrid) Experience - 5 Years Must-Have : Reactjs Nodejs Team Leading Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Job Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications while solving complex business and technical challenges. As a key member of the team, you will provide thought leadership and enhance the team's software engineering capabilities. Key Responsibilities : Lead architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and software development. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Utilize React Query for efficient data handling and state management. Implement real-time data processing using WebSockets and REST APIs. Ensure web accessibility and build inclusive, user-friendly applications. Optimize web performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences. Write and maintain test cases to ensure software quality and reliability. Work with monorepos (if applicable) to streamline development workflows and manage code efficiently. Perform in-depth analysis of code and technical architecture, identify anti-patterns, and implement improvements to enhance scalability, performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate closely with clients to understand business goals, requirements, and provide strategic technology recommendations. Drive technical projects and offer leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate industry best practices into development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including 1 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in React Query for efficient state and data management. Solid understanding of WebSockets and RESTful API design for real-time applications. Deep knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) principles to build inclusive applications. Strong focus on web performance optimization and best practices. Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases. Knowledge of monorepos and their advantages in large-scale application development (nice to have). Expert-level understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Advanced knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases. Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployments. Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native application development. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about technology. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field (or equivalent practical experience). Nice to have Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, Golang, AngularJS Experience with SaaS products Experience with AWS techs like EC2, EBS, S3, SNS, RDS, Lambda, and Fargate Experience with containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with EHR integration, Redox, FHIR, HL7 (ref:hirist.tech)
