Senior Head Architect Immediate joiners Chennai 0-15 days only 15 years of experience Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect who will design & oversee the implementation of scalable, secure & efficient technology solutions. The Sr Technical Architect will be liaisoning with the architects & CTO office & own overall solution architecture ensuring delivery as per CTO org. Key Responsibilities : - Architect end to end technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance & security while aligning with client & business requirements. - Guide cross functional teams in the adoption & implementation of architectural best practices standards & emerging technologies. - Lead technical reviews, ensuring compliance with design principles & addressing challenges. - Research & implement innovative technologies, tools, frameworks to enhance system performance & efficiency. - Define & maintain architectural governance processes, ensuring consistent design practices across projects. - Lead & mentor the architectural team fostering skill development & knowledge sharing. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with Java/J2EE/JEE & Microservices - Proven experience as an architect developing high level architecture & technical solutions - Expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, JPA/ORM, Restful APIs, CI/CD, AWS/Azure. - Experience with responsive design and mobile development. - Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
