Rosemallow Technologies - Linux Administrator

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux System Administrator with a strong focus on automation to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and automation of our Linux-based infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in Linux administration, Ansible, networking, scripting, and security to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems. Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies is a significant plus. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Linux system administration. - Strong expertise in managing Linux-based environments (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). - Hands-on experience in writing Ansible playbooks, roles, and automating system tasks. - Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, and load balancers. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or other relevant languages. - Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or similar. - Strong knowledge of security best practices for Linux systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
