Backend Developer - C#/.Net

Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of C# backend developers. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Design and architect scalable and maintainable backend systems using C# and .NET. - Develop and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. - Design and implement data access layers and database schemas. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for backend development. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications. - Plan and estimate development tasks and timelines. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Optimize backend performance and ensure scalability. - Conduct performance tuning and profiling. - Stay up-to-date with the latest C# and .NET technologies and best practices. - Continuously improve development processes and tools. - Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring activities. - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Present technical solutions and designs to stakeholders. - Provide regular status updates and reports. Technical Skills : Required : - 8 years of experience in C# backend development. - Strong proficiency in .NET framework (.NET Core, .NET 5/6/7). - Extensive experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. - Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). - - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Moq). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Preferred : - Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). - Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with API management platforms (Apigee, Kong). Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in C# backend development. - - Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong understanding of backend architecture and design principles.
