Job Title : AI Software Developer - EMD / LiveMedica. Location : Chennai. Experience Level : Mid-Level (3 years of experience). Job Type : Full-time. Job Timing : 10Am - 7Pm. We are looking for talented software developers to join our team and contribute to building innovative, AI-driven radiology solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy AI models for clinical applications (e.g, decision support, image analysis) and non-clinical applications (e.g, operational efficiency, patient engagement). - Build and maintain robust, scalable AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment. - Integrate AI models with existing healthcare systems (RIS and PACS). - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment. - Collaborate with product manager to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and healthcare technologies. - Evaluate and implement new AI algorithms and techniques to improve existing solutions. - Troubleshoot production AI models and fix bugs. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g, HIPAA) and data privacy standards. - Implement security best practices for data handling and model deployment. Required Skills : - Experience with machine learning and deep learning model development and deployment. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of healthcare data and workflows. - Ability to work with medical data. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have : - Experience with medical imaging analysis tools and formats. - Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). - Experience with MLOps principles and practices. - Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to medical text. - Experience with Time series analysis in medical data.
