Company : SRINAV Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (or Delhi) Position : Voice Operations Engineer (Cisco CUCM) Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 4 Years Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cisco CUCM Voice Operations Engineer to join our team in Noida or Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our voice infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. Responsibilities : - Administer and maintain Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and other voice-related systems. - Perform day-to-day operations, including user administration, call routing, and system configuration. - Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems. - Implement and manage voice security policies and procedures. - Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to voice systems. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. - Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base. - Implement and manage changes to voice systems, following established change management procedures. - Perform testing and validation of changes to ensure minimal impact on production. - Perform regular system maintenance, including software upgrades and patching. - Maintain accurate documentation of voice infrastructure and configurations. - Perform backups and restores of voice systems. - Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT teams to resolve complex issues. - Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders regarding voice system issues and updates. - Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Mandatory Skills : - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Administration - Cisco Voice Technologies - Troubleshooting Cisco Voice Systems - Good Communication Skills Required Skills & Experience : Technical Skills : - 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Cisco CUCM environments. - Strong understanding of Cisco voice technologies, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP. - Experience with Cisco Unity Connection and other voice-related applications. - Experience with troubleshooting voice quality issues and network connectivity problems. - Knowledge of voice security best practices. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. - Ability to adapt to rotational shifts. Essential Qualifications : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Cisco certifications (CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration) are highly desirable.
