Lead AEM Engineer

The Role : Tech Lead (AEM Forms) Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of AEM Adaptive Forms solutions - Provide technical guidance to developers on AEM Forms architecture and best practices - Configure and deploy AEM Forms on OSGi-based environments - Work with business and design teams to create multilingual, dynamic, and data-driven forms - Integrate forms with backend systems using REST APIs and FDM - Implement workflows, custom scripts, pre-fill, validation, and form submission processes - Manage and reuse Adaptive Form Fragments and Templates effectively Skills Required : AEM Forms Core Knowledge : - AEM Forms evolution, capabilities, and terminologies - Installation, configuration, and deployment of AEM Forms - AEM Forms OSGi architecture and Forms Development : - Authoring UI, field types, panels, layout, and navigational structures - Creating Adaptive Forms using: XFA form templates, XML & JSON schema, Form Data Model (FDM) - Expressions, rules, and JavaScript functions - Multi-lingual form Data Model (FDM) : - Configuring and managing data sources - FDM creation and usage in form integration - Data-binding with Adaptive Forms - Integration with databases and APIs via FDM Form Fragments : - Creation, management, localization - Reusability, lazy loading, and Integration (OSGi) : - Creating and managing workflow models and stages - Invoking workflows from forms - Implementing custom Prefill & Submission : - Implementing server-side validations - Pre-filling forms with data - Submitting forms to REST APIs or databases via FDM Design & Customization : - Adaptive Form Templates and Themes Qualifications & Experience : - Any graduation - 8 years of experience (ref:hirist.tech)
