Software Development Engineer - Test - Java/Selenium

Location : Bangalore or Noida Time Zone : IST Experience Range : 1 to 3 years relevant Responsibilities : We are looking for a QA SDET1 who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for our web, mobile, and backend applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in automation testing, a good understanding of software testing methodologies, and hands-on experience with automation frameworks. Mandatory : - 1-3 years of experience in software test automation. - Experience in automation testing for web, mobile, and backend applications. - Proficiency in at least one mobile automation platform (Android or iOS) - Strong programming skills in Java, Selenium and a good understanding of OOPs concepts. - Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. - Experience with API testing tools like Rest Assured or Karate. - Basic understanding of mobile automation using Appium. - Knowledge of different test automation frameworks and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have : - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into build processes. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions like BrowserStack/SauceLabs.
