Ltd. : INTIGNIZ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the Banking & Payments domain, coupled with exceptional analytical and data visualization skills. Position Overview : As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed documentation, and utilizing data visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Your expertise in the Banking & Payments domain will be essential in driving successful project outcomes. - Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects within the Banking & Payments domain. - Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit detailed requirements and ensure clarity. - Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications. - Apply in-depth knowledge of the Banking & Payments domain to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. - Provide domain-specific insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. - Perform data validation and ensure data integrity. - Develop and execute complex SQL queries to generate reports and insights. - Create insightful and visually appealing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and support decision-making. - Design and develop interactive visualizations to enhance data exploration. - Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FS), and user stories. - Develop process flow diagrams and use case scenarios. - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Present findings and recommendations to project teams and management. - Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide support during testing and deployment phases. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. - Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). Required Skills and Qualifications : Education : - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Banking & Payments domain. - Proven Track record of successful project delivery. Technical Skills : - Strong expertise in the Banking & Payments domain. - Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques. - Understanding of SDLC. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Compensation : Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days.
