ERPnext Developer & Implementation Specialist

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer & Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing, customizing, and implementing ERPNext solutions to meet business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure ERP modules, and ensure smooth deployment and support. Key Responsibilities : Development & Customization : - Develop and customize ERPNext modules as per business requirements. - Write custom scripts (Python, JavaScript) to enhance ERPNext functionality. - Create and modify DocTypes, Workflows, Print Formats, and Reports. Implementation & Integration : - Implement ERPNext for clients, ensuring smooth data migration and configuration. - Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications via API. - Provide training and documentation for end-users. Support & Maintenance : - Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support. - Optimize performance and ensure security compliance. - Regularly update ERPNext to the latest stable versions. Collaboration & Best Practices : - Work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes. - Follow best coding practices and maintain clear documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Skills : - Strong experience with ERPNext and Frappe framework. - Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. - Knowledge of version control (Git) and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean). Functional Knowledge : - Understanding of business processes like Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing. - Experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications : - ERPNext Certified Developer (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience in ERP implementation across industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare.
