Job Title : UI/UX Designer (2-5 Years of Experience) Location : Kochi, India About the Role : We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, front-end technologies, and user-centered design principles. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather and analyze user requirements. - Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools. - Create storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts. - Develop UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets that align with the project's design language. - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and design feasibility. - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and follow industry best practices. - Understand and apply style guidelines (fonts, colors, images) to maintain brand consistency. - Collect client and stakeholder feedback, iterate on designs, and resolve UI/UX issues efficiently. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance product design. Skills & Qualifications : - 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other UI/UX design tools. - Strong knowledge of wireframing tools and the ability to create interactive prototypes. - Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS (basic understanding required for design feasibility). - Understanding of UX principles and user research methodologies (added advantage). - Strong communication and time-management skills with the ability to work in an agile environment. - Self-driven, passionate about learning new design methodologies and emerging technologies.
