This role requires 75% hands-on coding while also managing technical aspects of projects and client interactions. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Node.js and React/Vue.js. - Design, optimize, and manage databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. - Write and maintain Docker files for efficient containerization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and mentor the development team. - Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide solutions, and manage expectations. - Drive best practices in software development, code quality, and system architecture. Required Skills & Experience : - Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js/Vue.js. - Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL database design and optimization. - Proficient in Docker and containerization best practices. - Experience handling both technical project management and client interactions. - Ability to lead a team while actively contributing to development. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
