Business Analyst

Job Profile : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic- Business Analyst/Sales Associate- role with 4 years of experience. This position plays a critical part in enhancing sales efforts, optimizing business operations, and ensuring seamless client interactions. From finalizing sales presentations and conducting product demos to analyzing financial models and refining operational workflows, you will be at the core of driving business growth. Key Responsibilities : - Finalize and enhance sales presentations in Google Slides based on provided storylines and designs. - Conduct product demos of Kolekt App and Dashboard via Google Meet/Teams. - Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and RFP responses. - Maintain and update sales collateral for clients. Business Analysis & Operations : - Perform detailed waste calculations and analytics using Google Sheets. - Create and update financial models (Excel) for recycling projects and business scenarios. - Draft, validate, and track specifications for new app and system features; ensure alignment with client feedback and approvals. - Analyze operational workflows to recommend improvements in efficiency and processes. Prospecting & Market Research : - Develop and maintain target lists of prospective clients for Kolekt App and Dashboard. - Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. - Prepare insightful market reports to support decision-making. Client Management & Communication : - Assist with client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to operations. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address queries or concerns. - Prepare client feedback reports and action plans for improvement. Administrative & General Assistance : - Perform website updates, including content and minor design tweaks. - Assist with general PA tasks, such as scheduling, document management, and occasional calls. - Organize and manage internal databases for business development and client information. Additional Support Responsibilities : - Monitor and report on KPIs related to sales and business development performance. - Provide training sessions or workshops to clients or internal teams as needed. - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize client-facing materials. Required Skills : - Proficiency in Google Suite: Sheets, Slides, Gemini, and Spaces. - Advanced Excel skills, particularly for financial modeling and calculations. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear accent for global client interactions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of CRM systems or client management tools. - Experience in conducting virtual demos (Google Meet, Teams, or similar). Preferred Skills : - Basic knowledge of HTML or CMS platforms for website updates. - Familiarity with recycling industry practices or environmental projects. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g , Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a bonus. - Prior experience in sales support or business operations.
