ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-known product-based German MNC, contributing to the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between working from our Noida office and remotely. You will be a key contributor to our IT service management capabilities, working on challenging and rewarding projects. Responsibilities : ServiceNow Development : - Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules. - Utilize JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools to customize and enhance the platform. - Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions. - ITSM and CMDB Expertise : - Leverage strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.). - Design and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Develop and manage the Service Catalog to provide self-service options to users. Integration and Automation : - Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. - Automate tasks and processes within the ServiceNow platform. Problem Solving and Support : - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and functionality. - Provide support and guidance to end-users on ServiceNow related matters. Documentation : - Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and configurations. Required Skills and Experience : - 4 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules. - Experience with ServiceNow CMDB. - Proficiency in developing and managing the Service Catalog. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and other ServiceNow development tools. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
