Technical Program Manager

Job Description : As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of software development projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members and external vendors. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Implement best practices and processes for project management. Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. (ref:hirist.tech)
