Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Responsibilities : - Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. - Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. - Advocate for user needs and design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior designers. - Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating a user-centered approach. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Knowledge of design systems and style guides. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
