Appian Developer - SAIL

Job Description : As an Appian Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our Appian-based applications. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement them effectively. Your ability to write clean, efficient code and troubleshoot software issues will be essential to your success. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy Appian applications using Appian Designer. - Develop process models, user interfaces, and data models within the Appian platform. - Implement business rules and logic using Appian expressions and SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer). - Write clear, quality code for software and applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Perform thorough test reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and identify potential issues. - Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely and effective solutions. - Develop, implement, and test APIs for integration with external systems. - Utilize Appian integration capabilities to connect with databases, web services, and other applications. - Detect and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers and partners. - Provide technical support and guidance to users. - Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and design solutions. - Provide input on software development projects, contributing to project planning and execution. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications : Experience : - 3 years of development experience, preferably with Appian. - Proven experience in designing and developing business process applications. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in using programming languages and relational databases. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with API development and integration. - Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP). - Experience with database querying and data manipulation. - Understanding of process modeling and workflow design.
