SAP CO Consultant

Job Description : As an SAP CO Consultant, you will play a critical role in our clients' finance transformation projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess current CoA frameworks, identify gaps, and design mitigations. Your expertise in CoA design, implementation, and governance will be essential to your success. Responsibilities : - Support the design and implementation of CoA structures aligned with finance transformation objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current local CoA, identify gaps, and design mitigations. - Ensure CoA meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational reporting needs. - Provide expertise in mapping legacy CoA data to new structures. - Develop and implement CoA governance to maintain data accuracy and usability post-transformation. - Provide information to finance teams on CoA usage, ensuring compliance with new structures and processes. - Continuously assess and optimize CoA designs to support evolving business needs and objectives. - Collaborate with finance teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the finance transformation process. - Ensure CoA structures support accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the finance function. - Develop and implement solutions to streamline financial processes. Required Profile : Experience : - 9-12 years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant. - Proven experience in CoA design and finance transformations. Technical Skills : - In-depth knowledge of SAP CO module and related functionalities. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. - Experience in mapping legacy CoA data to new structures. - Knowledge of data governance and data management principles (ref:hirist.tech)
