Role Description : As a WordPress Developer, you will be a key player in our web development process. You will leverage your expertise in WordPress, PHP, and front-end technologies to create visually appealing and functional websites. Your ability to develop custom solutions, optimize website performance, and communicate effectively with clients will be crucial to your success. Skills and Responsibilities : - Develop and provide ongoing maintenance support for WordPress websites. - Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements. - Migrate websites from other platforms to WordPress. - Ensure website security and implement necessary updates. - Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch. - Utilize PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive websites. - Implement custom functionality and features based on client specifications. - Proficiently use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and ACF Repeater for custom content management. - Work with popular CMS plugins such as Elementor, Elementor Pro, Visual Composer, and Visual Bakery. - Customize and extend plugin functionality to meet project needs. - Integrate and configure essential WordPress plugins, including WPML, WooCommerce, Membership plugins, and others. - Set up and manage plugin settings to ensure optimal performance and functionality. - Optimize website page speed and performance. - Implement SEO and CRO best practices in WordPress websites. - Ensure website accessibility and responsiveness across devices. - Work with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively. - Produce high-quality work with a strong focus on detail. - Demonstrate a good understanding of website architecture, aesthetics, and SEO perspectives. - Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. - Ensure website usability and intuitive navigation. - Communicate effectively with clients to discuss website design and functionality. - Gather and document client requirements and feedback. - Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
