OpenText Developer

Role Description : As an OpenText Developer, you will be a key contributor to the MNC company's enterprise content management initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing OpenText solutions. Your expertise in OpenText WEM, Portal, DPM, and Java will be crucial for delivering successful projects. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement solutions using OpenText Web Experience Management (WEM), OpenText Portal, and OpenText Document Process Management (DPM). - Customize and extend OpenText functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - Design and implement workflows and integrations within the OpenText environment. - Integrate OpenText products with Java-based applications. - Develop and maintain Java components and services for OpenText integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing OpenText solutions. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues. - Implement best practices for OpenText development and maintenance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers. - - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Utilize web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) for OpenText implementations. - Develop and maintain web interfaces and components. - Work with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) for data storage and retrieval. - Develop and maintain database scripts and queries. - Ensure data integrity and consistency. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and user guides. - Required Skills : - Strong experience in OpenText Web Experience Management (WEM). - Strong experience in OpenText Portal. - Strong experience in OpenText Document Process Management (DPM). - Proficiency in Java and related frameworks. - Experience in developing Java components and services. - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs). - Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). - Experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - (ref:hirist.tech)
