DevOps Engineer III - CI/CD Pipeline

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer - III to join our dynamic team in Cochin or Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our applications. You will leverage your expertise in AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other DevOps tools to build and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure. Responsibilities : - Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure platforms. - Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform. - Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively address potential issues. - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket. - Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases. - Implement and manage version control systems (e.g., Git). - Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS). - Implement and manage container orchestration strategies. - Troubleshoot container-related issues and optimize container performance. - Implement and manage network infrastructure in cloud environments. - Ensure security best practices are followed, including IAM, VPN, SSL/TLS, and API security. - Monitor and address security vulnerabilities. - Utilize configuration management tools to automate system configuration and deployment. - Ensure consistency and compliance across environments. - Support microservices architecture and deployments. - Implement and manage Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in microservices environments. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear and concise documentation. - Participate in on-call rotations and incident management. Requirements : - 5 years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services. - Expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket). - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and containerized application deployment. - Strong networking and security knowledge (IAM, VPN, SSL/TLS, API security). - Experience in Terraform (IaC) and configuration management. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, Blue/Green, and Canary deployments. - Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash). - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proactive and self-motivated. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator). - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). - Experience with database management in cloud environments. - Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management tools.
