Sailpoint Developer - Identity Management

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. You will work on application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review, and connector development. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, test, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. - Perform application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access review. - Develop and implement custom SailPoint connectors and utilize out-of-the-box connectors. - Implement complete IAM SDLC engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. - Understand and implement concepts such as self-service, automated approval process, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification. - Integrate applications with the IAM solution. - Develop applications using Java, JEE components, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML. - Create and maintain technical documentation. - Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Independently handle test activities from requirements discussion to reporting test results. - Prepare interim and final test reports and defect lists. - Conduct test automation using Selenium (desirable). - Work directly with client teams in both on-site and offshore modes. - Understand client business environments and propose purpose-fit IAM solutions. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Maintain a strong understanding of information security concepts and IAM solutions. - Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures. - Work with both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters/interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions. - Utilize and understand technologies such as LDAP, PKI, and SSL. Requirements : - 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. - Experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access review. - SailPoint connector development experience (out-of-the-box and custom). - 3 years of experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML. - Experience with LDAP, PKI, and SSL (advantage). - Familiarity with Test Automation using Selenium (desirable). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Client-facing experience. - Strong understanding of information security concepts. - In-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends. - Experience implementing at least 2 complete IAM SDLC engagements. - Good understanding of self-service, automated approvals, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification. - Experience with other IDM suites (OIM, IBM, Sun, CA, Novell). - Relevant certifications in SailPoint or IAM.
