Softobiz - ElasticSearch Engineer

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Elastic Search Engineer to design, implement, and manage robust Elastic Search solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, querying, and REST API integration, along with a proactive approach to optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities : - Design and Implementation : Develop and maintain Elastic Search clusters and end-to-end search solutions. - Data Modeling & Querying : Utilize log aggregation tools for data modeling and querying. - Data Extraction & Reporting : Build solutions using Elastic tools to facilitate data extraction and reporting. - Indexing & Search APIs : Implement and manage bulk document indexing and search APIs efficiently. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, create, and consume REST APIs. - Performance Optimization : Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of Elastic solutions. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Elastic Search and associated technologies. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in Elastic tools and industry best practices. Requirements : - Proven experience in Elastic Search architecture and implementation. - Strong understanding of data modeling, querying, and REST API development. - Hands-on experience with log aggregation and data extraction tools. - Familiarity with bulk indexing, search APIs, and performance tuning. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role (ref:hirist.tech)
