Business Analyst - Payments Domain

Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to payment solutions. - Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure smooth SDLC execution. - Develop and maintain documentation using Confluence, and track project progress using JIRA. - Participate in system testing, UAT, and provide support for issue resolution. - Ensure technical feasibility and recommend solutions that align with business needs. - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment. - Provide insights into industry best practices for payment systems and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Testing processes. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other technical documentation tools. - Technical exposure to payment gateways, processing systems, and related integrations. - Ability to work on the technical side rather than just functional aspects. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in API documentation and understanding of system architecture is a plus.
