Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in developing and maintaining backend services, APIs, and databases. You should be proficient in building scalable and efficient backend applications using Node.js. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. - Optimize application performance and database queries for efficiency. - Implement authentication and authorization protocols using JWT, OAuth, or similar methods. - Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members for seamless integration. - Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Work with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL. Technical Skillset : - Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js or similar frameworks. - Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. - Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like JWT, OAuth2. - Experience in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP. - Understanding of Microservices architecture and API Gateway concepts. - Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills. - Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest.
