Position Summary : 1. Development of all server-side logic. 2. Definition and maintenance of the central database. 3. Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Skills : 1. Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it 2. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3 and AJAX. 3. Strong proficiency with JavaScript. 4. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 5. Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc. 6. understanding of Jade, EJS etc. 7. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system. 9. knowledge of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application (ref:hirist.tech)
